Save time by printing out a waiver (78 KB PDF) and completing it at home. Pre-registration is mandatory for elite and U23 men. For all events that start at 11:15am or later, pre-registration not required but is strongly encouraged. Rules Please review the rules for the events starting at 11:15am or later. They differ from Cross Crusade and OBRA rules. Membership & Licenses OBRA membership required (not USCF or UCI) for all riders that race at earlier than 11:15am. Single race memberships are available for $5.00. Season OBRA memberships are available for $10.00. All Elite Men, U23 Men, and Elite Women, must possess a current UCI international License. For Masters 35+ and Junior 17&18, a domestic license is acceptable. Lodging Rooms have been reserved at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott.
