Rules
The Cannondale Stumptown Classic will be held under the US Gran Prix of Cyclocross Rules: http://www.usgpcyclocross.com/rules.asp
*** Elite Mens/ Espoirs & Elite Womens races require a USAC international license. No one-day licenses for these categories.
*** Elite Mens/ Espoirs/ Elite Women and Juniors 17-18 races will be conducted under UCI regulations, including schedule of penalties.
*** All other races held under OBRA permit and require OBRA license. OBRA One day licenses available at registration.
*** Junior and U23 Men: Age determined by their USAC 2006 racing age.
A rider's 2005/2006 UCI racing age, according to UCI (This is for UCI Elite races only):
"5.1.001 The category to which the license-holder belongs on 1 January of the civil year following will be used for his participation in events for the whole season." or in other words, a rider's racing age for all categories is determined by his/her age on December 31, 2006.
Note: This event is subject to drug testing by the UCI, locations will be posted if testing is conducted.

Licensing & Eligibility Information
Elite Men/Espoirs & Elite Women: Riders competing in the Elite Men, U-23 Men and Elite Women's events MUST POSSESS AN INTERNATIONAL LICENSE.
Juniors 17-18: Riders competing in the Junior Men 17-18 race WILL NOT BE REQUIRED to possess an International license in order to compete. Riders will be categorized by their 2006 USCF racing ages for the event and must possess a current USCF or NORBA annual license certifying their American citizenship at registration.
Juniors non-UCI: Only OBRA license is required to race this category.
All other categories: All other categories (Masters, B, C, Non-Elite & Masters Women) require an OBRA license. Licenses will be made available day of race. The fee for OBRA licenses will be waived for those visiting and carrying a NORBA and/or USCF license. One-day licenses are available at the event for $5.00. Allow extra time for race-day license purchases.

From I–5 North or South. Take Terwilliger Exit and head North/West on Bertha Blvd. Left on Beaverton–Hillsdale Hwy. Left on Shattuck Rd, up the hill .5 miles, the dairy is on the right. (Or refer to Alpenrose Dairy's directions.)
